Life Harvest Week 5 Prayers

Week 5

Day 29 - Sunday, June 16 - Prayer Focus: Pray for the ministry of Biking for Babies.

Bible Verse: Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is heaven. Matthew 6:10
Prayer: Heavenly Father, Your Kingdom consists of peace and joy and righteousness (Rom 14:17). Your will is to do justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with You (Micah 6:8). These young people put their faith into action by biking hundreds of miles, to raise funds and awareness for pregnancy resource centers. Bless and, protect them, and use them for the advancement of Your Kingdom here on earth as it is in heaven.

Day 30 - Monday, June 17 - Prayer Focus: Pray for the ministry of “Students for Life”.

Bible Verse: Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters. Colossians 3:23
Prayer: Heavenly Father, Expand the outreach of “Students for Life” in educating others about the devastating reality of abortion. Protect them as they face intense opposition on college campuses. May they inspire more students to proclaim the sanctity of life.

Day 31 - Tuesday, June 18 - Prayer Focus: Pray for the ministry of Her PLAN.

Bible Verse: And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28
Prayer: Heavenly Father, You have a plan for each of us that is often not the plan we had for ourselves. We need one another for encouragement and support during difficult times. May we all collaborate effectively to provide needed resources for children and their families. Give us clarity as we labor to speak the truth in love. Help us provide compassionate care for the lost and hurting and draw them closer to You.

Day 32 - Wednesday, June 19 - Prayer Focus: Pray for justice to prevail for Pro-Life Rescuers.

Bible Verse: Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the love of Christ. Galatians 6:2
Prayer: Heavenly Father, I pray for all the people across our nation especially the “Nashville 11” who have taken up Your call to be a voice for the voiceless. May you keep them safe, give them courage, and show them mercy as they face persecution by our justice system.

Day 33 - Thursday, June 20 - Prayer Focus: Pray for the prayer ministry of “40 Days for Life”.

Bible Verse: As you do not know the path of the wind, or how the body is formed[a] in a mother’s womb, so you cannot understand the work of God, the Maker of all things. Ecclesiastes 11:5
Prayer: Heavenly Father, I ask Your blessing and Your protection on those men and women who courageously have dedicated their time and efforts in the ministry of 40 Days for Life especially in Hattiesburg, MS. I ask that You touch the hearts of expectant parents who are considering abortion and awaken in them the realization that the life of their pre-born child is precious and is a gift from God. I ask that You open the hearts and minds of more men and women to respond to the call of 40 Days for Life, as the harvest is great, but the laborers are few.

Day 34 - Friday, June 21 - Prayer Focus: Pray for Pro-Life Mississippi.

Bible Verses: And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. Hebrews 10:24-25
Prayer: Heavenly Father, I lift up to You the men and women who volunteer with Pro-Life Mississippi. They have answered Your call and give so generously of their time and talent working in the fields to protect Your pre-born children. I ask You to bless them and their efforts, protect them from all forms of attack. I ask You to give them strength and courage and keep them from being discouraged I ask that You continue to prompt the hearts of more men and women to join in this fight.

Day 35 - Saturday, June 22 - Praise Focus: Thank God for Pro-Life Mississippi's supporters and volunteers.

Bible Verse: The Lord repay your work, and a full reward be given you by the Lord God of Israel, under whose wings you have come for refuge. Ruth 2:12
Prayer: Heavenly Father, I come to you in thanksgiving for the dedicated men and women who support and volunteer with Pro-Life Mississippi. I ask You to richly bless their lives and the lives of their families. Reward their efforts in the knowledge that they are helping to save Your precious children. Give them strength and perseverance in the battle against the evil that permeates our society through abortion and assisted suicide. Give them joy in knowing that they are fighting the good fight.
